Synopsis:
Scooterman is a special detective and he has a helpfull sidekick named Kickstand. They have a chief that sends them on the differant missions which save the citizens of Tel aviv not once. Scooterman & Kickstand has a friend, a geniuse doctor that sits at his home and invents all kinds of crazy machines. This Dr. is the famous Dr. Halfbaked. Dr. Halfbaked has invented and built Scooterman's garage with the high tech. computers and he also built for Scooterman the vespa. This Vespa is very fast and it gets Scooterman & Kickstand to the danger zone in no time. This vespa has its own high tech. computer.
