Synopsis:
The story takes place in Gotham City at a time when Batman is off on an assignment in Hong Kong. A computer hacker is plaguing the current President of the United States, Lex Luthor, breaking into his personal files, as well as stealing funds from his private corporation, LexCORP. Realizing that going through legal channels will only bring attention to many of his illegal activities, he decides to pardon the most deadly mercenary on earth, Slade Wilson a.k.a. Deathstroke the Terminator. Deathstroke decides that the best way to find Oracle is to use two of Gotham's well-known villains, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy, to distract the remainder of Gotham's vigilantes. But he was unaware that Oracle's agents, The Birds of Prey, would be there to stop him.
