Cloud is the enthusiastic and somewhat eccentric leader of Heroic Destiny Squad. He is a low level Hynic which enables him to change personas to a wide variety of Hynes both in Beta Systems and System Alpha itself. This makes him sometimes come off like he has multiple personality disorder to most people.

Although dedicated to helping others, he is also dedicated to being rich and famous and scoring tons of hot babes and seeks to do both at the same time by breaking all barriers of what was previously considered possible.

As one of the first of the real professional heroes, he is rather mentally unbalanced and tends to break down under stress. He also alternates between manic fits of creative and heroic output and long depressed periods of near death quite often, sometimes on a daily basis.

He is also a marketing genius who understands that in order to attain mainstream respectability you must be though of as having a level of depth past the giving off of an initial sensationalist impression and that if you want the public to develop a perception of you, you have to spoon feed it to them.
