The ecological superhero, Captain Ozone, made his debut in a syndicated comic strip and a televised music video in 1990. Since then, Captain Ozone joined forces with Environmental Media Northwest as a spokesman for various environmental causes, and was also coordinator for the Youth Ecology Program. To his tribute, Captain Ozone has increased public awareness of our endangered Pacific Northwest salmon and is also a champion of pollution-free hydrogen energy.

The United States Department of Energy worked together with Captain Ozone in this PSA about the benefits of Hydrogen fuel. It was the first to be televised in the U.S. that advocates this liquid/gaseous fuel that is 100% pollution-free and 100% renewable!
