Synopsis:
A cop (Maxwell Caulfield) studies martial arts to avenge the deaths of his wife and son at the hands of a drug cartel. Prior to his son's death, he had created a superhero he had named The Jaguar. The cop chooses to emulate the son's creation in going after the killers. Stacy Keach also appears as the leader of a covert agency whom Caulfield had worked for and Linda Blair appears as a cop who backs up Caulfield.
