Synopsis:
Collins is after the ranches that Mitchell holds the deeds to. He has Mitchell killed only to see his nephew Ken show up with a revised will. When the ranchers refuse charity from Ken, he becomes the masked Phantom Rancher giving them money to repay their loans. He also hopes to bring in Collins and his gang.
