Synopsis:
Ken Mitchell arrives to take over the ranch of his murdered uncle. He learns Collins is after the valley ranches and his men are the murderers. Ken wants to help the ranchers but his uncle was hated and they will not accept any charity from a Mitchell. So as Mitchell he threatens to foreclose on the mortgages he holds while at night he becomes the masked Phantom Rancher giving them the money they need.
