Synopsis:
Captain Blasto follows the story of Colin Carter, a high school outcast, who decides to break free from his lonely life and become what he's always wanted to be: a super-hero. Sometimes each day is just another boring copy of the previous one. Sometimes you feel trapped by the monotony of school, work, family. Sometimes you've got to do something about it. He'll play the hero of his childhood, Captain Blasto, and foil all the town robberies. Staged robberies of course. Colin is joined by a middle-aged crew of comic crooks; Daryl, the school janitor and Colin's only friend; Evan, the grim and intense leader of this band of burglars; Mike, a shy and frustrated computer technician; Sam, a retired cab driver; Eddie, electrician and high school drop out; and Tom, a gruff heating and cooling repairman.
