Synopsis:
Mieke is a police officer in a small town, who lives with her Opa and Oma (grandpa and grandma). She's painfully timid and in love with fellow officer Toby. There's a crime wave in town, but, luckily, when things get too much for the cops, Mieke transforms into a superhero with super strength, teleportation and cutting wisecracks.

Mega Mindy is a superhero. In her daily life she is secretary Mieke who works at the local police station. Mieke is in love with policeman Tony, but he never seems to notice her. Tony is in love with Mega Mindy, not knowing that she is really Mieke. And Mieke can't tell Tony who she really is because of a promise she made to her grandfather Fonkel, the inventor who gave Mieke her special powers. Powers which help her to fearlessly help the police catching crooks.
