Synopsis:
Nick Jr.'s unique children's television series LAZY TOWN offers a fun and educational way to get kids off the couch and into a lifetime of physical fitness. Produced in Iceland and aimed at preschool children, the innovative series stresses the importance of nutrition and exercise through a fun mix of human actors and puppets against a colorful, computer-animated background. The series centers around a pink-haired 8-year-old named Stephanie (Julianna Rose Mauriello) as she helps athletic superhero Sportacus (series creator Magnus Scheving) battle lazy villain Robbie Rotten (Stefan Karl Stefansson) in lighthearted, nonviolent adventures.
