Directed by: Frank R. StrayerGenre: Comedy
Synopsis: From the second movie: Blond Meets the boss: Dagwood inadvertently gets cornered in to resigning; when Blondie tries to ask Mr. Dithers for his job back, he ends up hiring her instead. This doesn't sit too well with Dagwood. Complications ensue: Blondie's sister comes to visit, and Dagwood is put in a compromising situation with another woman. The film starts slow, but eventually picks up. A highlight is a scene with some fast, smooth swing music and dance. Stanley Brown makes his first of two (non-consecutive) appearances as the smarmy Ollie, who also works for the Dithers Construction Company. (from rinkworks.com)
